An efficiency breakthrough for floor installation crews. Specifically engineered to spread cove base adhesive cleanly and uniformly, this kit eliminates slow, messy hand-troweling of rubber baseboards.
How to Use
1. Trim & Attach
Trim the tip of your cove base adhesive cartridge, screw on the Rapid Spread Nozzle, and attach the wall guide plate to stabilize alignment.
2. Draw Beads
Apply pressure to the caulking gun. Draw the nozzle smoothly along the back of your coving strips to apply 5 uniform beads of glue concurrently.
3. Press & Bond
Press the baseboard firmly into place against the drywall. The 5 pre-measured beads spread flat, creating an unbreakable, uniform vacuum bond.
4. Simple Cleanup
Allow leftover glue inside the nozzle to dry overnight, then pull the dry plug out. The HDPE material makes cleaning and reuse easy.
