Curb-less Heated Showers
We are specialists in building modern, barrier-free curb-less shower systems. By modifying the subfloor framing or using pre-sloped structural pans, we achieve a flat entry that flows seamlessly into the main bathroom flooring. We integrate linear drain systems and complete Schluter waterproofing systems to ensure there is zero risk of leakage.
Additionally, we install heated cables directly into the shower floor, offering a warm spa-like sensation underfoot that also accelerates floor drying, preventing mold accumulation.
Large Format Porcelain Slabs
Installing large format tiles (e.g., 24"x48" up to massive 5'x10' porcelain panels) requires an elite level of experience. The subfloor must be perfectly flat (flatness tolerance within 1/8" over 10 feet) to prevent hollow spots or cracks. We employ heavy-duty suction frames, specialized cutters, and double-bonding thinset techniques.
The result is a visually stunning, monolithic appearance with minimal grout lines, making spaces look dramatically larger and cleaner.

Under-Tile Heated Floor Systems
Cold stone and tile floors can be uncomfortable. We install premium electric underfloor heating systems (such as Schluter Ditra-Heat) which combine heating cables with an uncoupling membrane that prevents tile cracking from floor expansion and contraction. We configure smart programmable thermostats that coordinate with your home automation system.
Outdoor Patios, Decks & Pools
Exterior tile work in British Columbia requires strict adherence to freeze-thaw specifications. We build appropriate drainage slopes (minimum 2% grade) and apply exterior-grade waterproof decoupling membranes to protect sub-concrete slabs. We use high-performance polymer-modified mortars and flexible exterior grouts to handle extreme temperature fluctuations without shifting or popping.
