We stand behind our custom inventions. If you are not completely satisfied with your Rapid Spread Nozzle purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
To qualify for a refund, the nozzles and wall applicators must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
To initiate a return, please contact our team via email at team@amazingfloors.ca with your order details and reason for return. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping your kit back to our Aldergrove warehouse.
For custom tile, marble, and stone installation services, all warranties and craftsmanship guarantees are detailed explicitly in your project contract. We provide lifetime water-tight warranties on all fully-waterproofed curb-less showers constructed by Amazing Floors.
